Your new role
- Manage defined business, administrative and strategic projects within the team and support wider teams when needed.
- Provide management and business support to the Divisional Director, achieving strategic objectives.
- Meeting agendas and circulating papers, contacting attendees.
- Risk logs
- Project Support
- Monitoring delivery of objectives for key projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of communicating at all levels of professional staff and the public.
- Experience of project monitoring and management.
- Experience of producing management reports.
- Experience of implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Experience of working in a supervisory/managerial role.
