OverviewAs a Business Specialist - AI, you will collaborate with stakeholders across ADCB to define, design, and deliver AI-driven products and solutions. The role bridges business strategy, technology, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that AI initiatives align with ADCB's digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI-driven products and enhancements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable AI system specifications, including data inputs, model outputs, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for AI automation and predictive analytics to improve business processes.
- Work with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment of AI solutions with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover hidden needs and validate AI use cases.
- Define and review AI-specific test strategies, including model validation, bias detection, and performance benchmarking.
- Support UAT and QA teams in testing AI features, ensuring models meet accuracy, fairness, and compliance standards.
- Monitor AI model behavior during testing cycles and escalate anomalies or ethical concerns.
- Assist Project Managers with documentation, approvals, and tracking of AI-related deliverables.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and AI model outputs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop user manuals tailored to AI product interfaces and decision-support tools.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to help users understand AI outputs, confidence scores, and limitations.
- Promote responsible AI usage by educating stakeholders on model interpretability and ethical considerations.
- Gather feedback from end users to improve AI product usability and adoption.
- Support change management initiatives to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to align AI systems with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation of AI models, including versioning, audit trails, and decision logic.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for AI lifecycle management.
- Continuously review and improve business analysis processes to support agile AI development.
- At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or AI-related roles within financial services or a similar industry.
- Skilled in process improvement, testing support, and change management.
- Familiar with ethical AI practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance across the AI solution lifecycle.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Expertise in engaging stakeholders to capture and document business needs for AI initiatives.
- Ability to analyse workflows and identify areas for AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in converting business requirements into clear specifications for data inputs, model outputs, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of AI model testing, including validation techniques, bias detection, and performance benchmarking.
