Role OverviewAs a Business Setup Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of setting up their businesses in the UAE. You will provide expert advice on company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and advise them on the most suitable business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Company Formation: Assist clients with documentation, approvals, licensing, and visa processes.
- Compliance & Regulations: Stay updated on UAE laws, government policies, and regulatory changes affecting business setup.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, free zone authorities, and government departments.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales by converting leads into clients through professional consultation and tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, handle objections, and provide effective solutions for a smooth business setup process.
- Networking & Business Development: Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup consultancy or a similar role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
