KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse and optimise business processes to align with strategic objectives
Identify and overcome operational challenges, enhancing system efficiency
Design and execute solutions to streamline operations across all departments
Take the lead in implementing approved process enhancements
Deliver comprehensive reports to the leadership team
Manage change initiatives
Communicate project plans effectively
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless adoption of new processes
Collaborate with stakeholders
Utilise data analysis to inform decision making

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Proven experience as a business process and systems analyst
IT Proficiency
Advanced Data Analysis skills
Familiarity with specialist software such as Power BI and BIRT
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Project management, negotiation and chahge implementation skills
