About the Role
Livjaza is the UAE's first curated holiday home marketplace, connecting verified hosts with premium travellers. We're looking for a Business Development & Host Onboarding Executive to help grow our host network and act as the main point of contact for property owners joining the platform.
You'll be responsible for bringing new hosts onboard, guiding them through verification and listing setup, and managing long-term relationships to ensure their success.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard new hosts and property managers across Dubai and the UAE.
- Present Livjaza's benefits and guide hosts through the onboarding process.
- Serve as the dedicated account manager / point of contact for hosts.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams to optimise host experience.
- Track performance, feedback, and satisfaction to drive engagement and retention.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in business development, account management, or partnerships (hospitality / real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy and confident in CRM / OTA platforms.
- Self-driven, organised, and relationship-focused.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian a plus).
