We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to help identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product and the client base
- Assist in developing strategies to expand Webook presence
- Help build a pipeline of business opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads and create a comprehensive list for outbound leads
- Establish and maintain relationships with sports organizations, event organizers, and corporate partners
- Assist in negotiating business agreements and partnerships
- Assist in developing and executing sales and growth strategies
- Monitor sales & business development performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with marketing to drive user / client acquisition
- Support business development initiatives to align with company goals
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends
- Work with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategies
- Support and learn from senior team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in business development or sales in the entertainment, hospitality technology or IT industry in the UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
