Business Development Representative - Staffing Solutions (Arabic-Speaking)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with proficiency in Arabic to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This full time, on site role is perfect for a self motivated individual with a passion for business development in the staffing sector. The BDR will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to generate new leads for staffing services.
• Establish strong relationships with prospective clients in the events and hospitality industry.
• Identify and approach potential clients in need of event staffing solutions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow ups and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for staffing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Represent BM Events in a professional and approachable manner in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the staffing or events industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of the GCC region and its business culture is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in staffing solutions or event management is an advantage.
