About the RoleWe are expanding globally and seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join us as International Business Development Partners. No previous sales or tech experience is required - just a willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a desire to earn. This is a remote, commission-based role, perfect for freelancers, students, part-timers, or anyone looking to earn from their network and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities- Reach out to potential clients in your network, community, or industry
- Introduce our software development services and set up initial conversations
- Share client requirements with our team - we'll handle the technical follow-up
- Earn commission on every successful deal you bring in
- Optionally assist in client communication or project handovers (not required)
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, or other channels to connect with people
- Interest in tech or startups is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
- Commission-only role - earn a percentage (10-30%) of every closed deal
- Commission payouts on each milestone or payment from the client
- No cap on earnings - the more clients you refer, the more you earn
- Potential for long-term collaboration and performance bonuses
- Work from anywhere, on your own schedule
- Learn sales, outreach, and client management with guidance from our team
- Letter of recommendation or experience certificate available upon request
- Chance to grow into a long-term paid position or regional manager role
- This is a contractor position, not a formal employment role.
- You must be legally authorized to work as an independent freelancer/consultant in your country.
