About the role

As our Business Development Officer, you'll build strong local connections to promote our in-home care services. Your role will focus on identifying potential clients and educating the community about how we support individuals and families with high-quality, personalised care.

Your work will directly improve the lives of those seeking support to live independently at home.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with local organisations, businesses, and community centres
  • Connect with healthcare professionals and community leaders to raise awareness
  • Provide helpful info about our services to individuals and families
  • Keep accurate records of client details and outreach activities
  • Advocate for those needing care and help them navigate available services
About you
  • Experience in a similar community-facing or engagement role
  • Aged care or disability sector experience (desirable)
  • Strong admin skills and confident using programs like Word and Excel
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Confident communicator with great customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities
  • Must have full working rights within Australia
