Business Development Manager with Filipino & Chinese

Join an award-winning, multi-licensed broker offering online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices. We're looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager fluent in Filipino and Chinese, with a strong background in Forex sales and an existing client portfolio.

Languages: Filipino (C1), Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin / Hokkien), English (B2+)

Compensation: Base salary + performance-based earnings

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic planning
• Collaborate across departments to enhance business development initiatives
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

• Fluent in Filipino (C1) and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin or Hokkien)
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Degree in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)
