Business Development Manager - Medical/Motor/General Insurance

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in Motor, Medical, or General Insurance for one of our clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market, bringing in a portfolio of existing clients and driving business growth through revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Leverage your existing portfolio of Motor/ Medical/ General Insurance clients to achieve revenue targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market, focusing on Motor and Medical Insurance solutions.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction while exploring opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through proactive client management and sales strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Motor/ Medical/ General Insurance within the UAE.
• Portfolio: Must bring a portfolio of active clients in the UAE market.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and client management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and sales management software.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
