• Up to $85,000 + super base + commissions + fuel + laptop + mobile (OTE up to 180K!)

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing clients and identifying new relationships to secure referrals of ongoing managements. With an extensive database of potential leads, you will work closely with the property management and sales team to foster referrals and also renew management authorities.

• Previous BDM and or Property Management experience within real estate
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
• Working knowledge of real estate software
• Strong attention to detail both written and verbal
• Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation
• You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
• A strong team player with Excellent presentation
