About Us

We are a growing recruitment and staffing agency based in India, specializing in providing skilled and semi-skilled manpower across industries such as construction, oil & gas, facility management, healthcare, hospitality, and engineering.

We are expanding our presence in the Middle East region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman) and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Dubai and the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners to promote staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for market penetration, partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, terms, and service-level agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with the India-based recruitment operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competition.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, job fairs, and HR events in the Gulf region.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or manpower outsourcing.
  • Strong network of clients in the Middle East (especially Dubai) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Self motivated, result oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to the Middle East as required.
