About Us
We are a growing recruitment and staffing agency based in India, specializing in providing skilled and semi-skilled manpower across industries such as construction, oil & gas, facility management, healthcare, hospitality, and engineering.
We are expanding our presence in the Middle East region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman) and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Dubai and the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners to promote staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for market penetration, partnerships, and revenue growth.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, terms, and service-level agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the India-based recruitment operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competition.
- Represent the company in business meetings, job fairs, and HR events in the Gulf region.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or manpower outsourcing.
- Strong network of clients in the Middle East (especially Dubai) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Self motivated, result oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to the Middle East as required.
