Business Development Executive - SaaS / WiFi engagement Solutions (UAE)

We are anItalian technology company expanding across the Middle East and Africa.

Our flagship platform - inPiazza - helps malls, hotels, airports, smart cities, and enterprises turn guest Wi Fi into a powerful marketing and analytics channel.

With deployments across Europe and the GCC, we're now building our UAE presence from our base in Dubai.

The Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in the UAE.

You'll work directly with the Regional Director and collaborate with our technical engineer and Italian HQ to generate new business, manage partners, and represent inPiazza to clients across retail, hospitality, and smart city sectors.

This role combines prospecting, relationship management, and commercial coordination- ideal for someone who understands technology and knows how to translate it into business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities in retail, hospitality, real estate, and public sector projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, telcos, and enterprise clients.
  • Present, pitch, and position inPiazza's solution to key decision makers.
  • Coordinate closely with the technical team for proposals, demos, and client handovers.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide concise weekly progress updates.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming tenders to stay ahead of opportunities.
  • Represent inPiazza at local industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of B2B technology or SaaS sales experience (Wi Fi, ICT, cloud, or digital solutions preferred).
  • Solid network within UAE retail, hospitality, or telco ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a small, fast moving regional team.
  • Professional written English; Arabic or French is a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
