What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary & Commission: Earn a base salary between AED 7,000 and AED 9,000 monthly, with the potential to earn an additional AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 in performance-based commission.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and solar products.
  • Good technical knowledge of BESS.
  • Proven ability to analyze client needs and design tailored, cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development & Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and expand market share in the renewable energy space.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed regular sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and business.
