We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to work directly with the CEO on strategic growth projects across the UAE and internationally. This is a highly dynamic role for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about driving new ventures forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage new development projects (offices abroad, logistics, construction, international ventures).
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for expansion opportunities.
- Liaise with consultants, partners, and internal teams to ensure project execution.
- Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables in project management systems.
- Prepare structured progress reports directly for the CEO.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Experience in business development, project coordination, or related fields.
- High adaptability and willingness to learn quickly.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive projects.
