Position Overview
  • Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Fully On-site)

  • Travel: Some travel required (must have reliable personal vehicle)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annually (Exempt; no overtime)

  • Bonus: Annual year-end bonus potential based on organizational performance (no set % disclosed)

  • Commission: None

  • Mileage Reimbursement: Not provided

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support strategic market development initiatives

  • Engage with community partners and build meaningful relationships

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align goals

  • Manage and track projects from concept to completion

  • Conduct research and analysis to support business growth and sustainability goals

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, community engagement, or related fields

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Must have a genuine passion for environmental sustainability and be aligned with the organization's mission of achieving a zero-waste future

  • Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable using a personal vehicle for work-related travel
