About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering innovative solutions for the Low Voltage Power Distribution market?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join NHP in our Technology Sales Team.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth strategies across the Low Voltage Power Distribution market. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Consultants, Contractors, End Users, and Switchboard Builders. You will provide valuable insights, aligning our products with industry standards and exceeding in tender specifications for larger projects.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with external customers in the Power Distribution market, especially consultants.
  • Formulating and communicating marketing and growth strategies for NHP's Low Voltage Power Distribution and Protection solutions.
  • Ensuring achievement of the power distribution budget and updating the CRM system regularly.
  • Providing pre-sales technical support, training, demonstrations, and presentations on NHP products.
  • Displaying a solid understanding of Low Voltage Power Distribution products and leveraging your technical aptitude to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Conducting market investigations, analyzing sales forecasts, and assessing market trends.
  • Being a team player, working effectively with diverse customers and industry types.
  • Staying highly motivated, focused, and determined to succeed.
  • Delivering compelling presentations to customers on our range of products.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • An Engineering degree or Trade qualification in a related field.
  • A strong understanding of Power Distribution and Protection products and standards.
  • Proven sales experience and ability to close deals.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Motivation and determination to succeed.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to customers.
