Business Development & Account Executive (FED Gov.)
This isn't just another sales role. It's your chance to step into the world of B2B sales in a business that's anything but ordinary. You'll work across a wide range of event and meeting solutions, meaning variation in your days and client conversations. This role focuses on the Federal Government sector, with an enormous pool of untapped prospects and interesting buyers.
What You'll Be Doing- Prospecting new leads across phone, email, and LinkedIn to open conversations
- Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into opportunities
- Preparing quotes and proposals that align with each client's needs
- Collaborating with the Commercial Director and Marketing on campaign and outreach strategies
- Managing your own pipeline and tracking activity in our CRM (Dynamics 365)

You might have come from a high-volume outbound sales environment (like call centres or telesales), or you're someone who thrives naturally on building relationships and spotting opportunities. You're ready to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and grow your career.
- You're a proactive communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- You have 2+ years' outbound sales, business development or lead generation experience (call centre or B2B)
- You love the idea of testing new ideas and thinking creatively about how to reach clients
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and sales tools (or willing to learn)
