The Team Leader - Sales is responsible for leading and directing the sales team to achieve the company's revenue and sales goals in the Building & Infrastructure sector within the UAE, with a focus on the Dubai and Northern Emirates regions. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and developing a high performing sales team, and collaborating cross functionally to drive business growth.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for civil, structural, or other engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the building and infrastructure industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the building and infrastructure/construction field in the UAE, particularly in Dubai and the Northern Emirates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high performing sales team
- Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools, with experience in Salesforce being a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP, or industry specific accreditations)
- Prior experience working for an international engineering or consulting firm
- Familiarity with Bureau Veritas' services and offerings
