We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements, and will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements, and will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with business users for validation.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and other documentation.
- Analyze and improve existing banking processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of retail banking, corporate banking, digital banking, or core banking systems.
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with regulatory projects (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel, FATCA).
- Knowledge of banking APIs, digital transformation, or FinTech integrations.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are a plus.
