We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Passenger Service Systems (PSS) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to PSS modules.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Support solution design, testing, and deployment of PSS enhancements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system or process improvements.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the aviation or travel industry.
- Hands on experience with Passenger Service Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire, Radixx, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
