WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform various repairs on medium/heavy-duty trucks
• Complete engine diagnostics and overhauls
• Work on drivetrains, electrical systems and hydraulics
• Conduct DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
• Some fabrication work

DIESEL SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with heavy-duty trucks (Class 6-8) preferred
• Associates degree in Diesel Technology preferred
• ASE Certification a plus, but not required
