What Youll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical and hydraulic systems (yes, cab pulls and turbo jobs too).
• Create accurate repair estimates and communicate clearly with advisors and customers
• Mentor junior techs and collaborate with teammates to keep the workflow sharp.
• Stay current with diesel techASE certifications supported and encouraged.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience.
• Mastery of diagnostic tools and modern diesel systems.
• Deep knowledge of Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke platforms.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and handling the jobs demands.
