This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time / Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
RolePosition Title: Booking Clerk & Administrative Assistant
Current vacancies include:
- Booking Clerk (114383) - Responsible for the provision of clerical services to the Medical Imaging Department, including appointment scheduling to facilitate patient attendance.
- Administrative Assistant (114400) - Provides an efficient secretarial and administrative service to the Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Departments.
South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) and Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) provide a range of health services in the southern half of Perth. SMHS aims for excellent health care, every time.
Responsibilities- Provide clerical and administrative support to Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine teams.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient attendance.

- A valid working visa for fixed term appointments, or Australian citizen/permanent resident or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia for permanent appointments.
