Job Description Binance Accelerator Program - Campaign Operations- Type: Full-Time
- Target Audience: Current university students and recent graduates
The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term program designed for early-career talent to dive deep into the Web3 space. Participants will gain hands-on experience at Binance, one of the leading companies in the blockchain industry, with a focus on digital marketing strategies, campaign operations, and optimizing user experiences.
The program also provides opportunities for networking and skill development to help advance your career in the rapidly growing cryptocurrency sector.
What You'll Be Doing- Support digital marketing strategies related to user activities, promotions, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help set up and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights for campaign optimization.
- Quality assurance (QA) of active campaigns to ensure they meet internal guidelines and best practices.
- Engage with teams across Binance to improve user experiences by addressing friction points in the customer journey.
- Propose solutions to streamline the user experience.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Majors.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages as a plus.
- Passion for crypto and blockchain technologies.
- Preferably some experience in digital marketing (strategy, lifecycle, etc.).
- Prior experience with marketing automation/CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot is a bonus.
