As a BIM Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing and coordinating Building Information Models across complex MEP systems for high-performance data centre projects. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement - ensuring every model we deliver meets the highest standards of constructability and coordination. • Support the Project BIM Manager in developing and implementing project-specific BIM standards and training team members.
• Create and maintain federated BIM models and manage model updates and coordination workflows.
• Perform clash detection and lead model coordination meetings to resolve design and site issues.
• Generate automated quantity take offs and develop 4D construction simulations integrating project schedules.
• Maintain submittal and expediting logs, monitor model data accuracy, and align information with construction sequencing.
• Support site and design teams to ensure model constructability, timely updates, and BIM close out deliverables.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of BIM coordination experience within large-scale MEP or data centre projects.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and preferably Synchro or other 4D scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, MEP coordination principles, and model data management.
• Skilled in developing BIM content libraries and automated reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management abilities.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
