Behaviour Support Worker

Our client, a leading provider of specialist care services in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. This rewarding role offers a competitive daily rate of £90.00 to £100.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with complex needs, helping them to manage their behaviour and develop essential life skills. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised support plans that promote positive outcomes and enhance the quality of life for those in your care.

Key responsibilities of the Behaviour Support Worker role include:

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Relevant experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
• A recognised qualification in health and social care, such as an NVQ or diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
