Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lean Practitioner to support the BDS Operational Excellence Team in Tukwila, Seattle, Everett, Renton, or Auburn, WA.
The successful candidate will be a Lean+ / Lean manufacturing expert to support Boeing Production System implementation and maturity and work collaboratively with BDS Plant manufacturing teams to drive Cost of Function project execution.
This person will be responsible for working in partnership with BDS programs / plant manufacturing teams and fabrication Centers of Excellence, along with other stakeholders throughout the enterprise, to drive the integration of BPS / Operational Excellence best practices to enable world-class manufacturing system performance and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be expected to apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach with internal and external partners and leverage his/her knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Six Sigma, safety, quality, productivity, and affordability to shape the planning, development, and execution of Boeing Production Systems solutions to satisfy program needs.

Summary pay range: $135,150 $182,850 USD
