Bartenders create memorable experiences by preparing drinks with skill, speed, and flair. They support the bar and floor teams while maintaining high standards of guest service.
- Prepare cocktails and drinks to brand standards.
- Engage with guests at the bar and provide recommendations.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and prep levels.
- Support bar team during peak service.
- Follow RSA and WHS compliance at all times.
- Proven bar experience, cocktail knowledge preferred.
