About the Role

As a Managing or Principal Consultant in our Newcastle or Sydney Ecology team, you'll spearhead innovative biodiversity impact assessments and approvals for high profile projects in the renewables, resources, government, and planning sectors.

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of ecologists across Australia.
  • Tackle complex ecological challenges with a multidisciplinary impact assessment team.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulators, and communities to deliver sustainable solutions.
  • From field surveys to shaping biodiversity offset strategies, your work will leave a lasting legacy on Australia's environment.

Qualifications
  • A proven track record in environmental consulting
  • Expertise in biodiversity impact assessments and management plans.
  • Strong understanding of federal and NSW environmental regulations, including BAM accreditation.
  • Advanced skills in flora identification, GIS, and biodiversity offsets (highly regarded).
  • Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
