Bakery Senior Chef de Partie (Senior CDP)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Bakery Senior CDP to manage a key section in the bakery and ensure high standards in daily production. This role is perfect for someone with strong baking knowledge and leadership qualities who thrives in a structured high-volume environment.

1. Take ownership of a bakery station and lead its daily operations.
2. Prepare and bake a variety of breads, viennoiseries, and specialty items.
3. Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
4. Train and guide junior bakers and commis.
5. Monitor mise en place, baking times, and proofing processes.
6. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP compliance).
7. Support the Bakery Sous Chef in stock control and workflow planning.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.

• Minimum 3-4 years of bakery experience, including time as a CDP.
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Bakery Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
• HACCP Certified; must understand food safety and sanitation practices.
• Skilled in baking techniques including lamination, fermentation, and shaping.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, quality-focused production environment.
