Contract: Full-time
About the role: Provide high-impact administrative and technical support to the Technical Sales Managers to accelerate quotation turnaround, improve sales reporting, coordinate event sales logistics, and free up managers to close deals.
Key responsibilities- Prepare, format and follow-up commercial quotations, proposals and RFQs based on technical inputs from Sales Engineers.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and opportunity data; prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for managers.
- Coordinate pre-sales technical documentation (spec sheets, BOMs, data sheets) with engineering and product teams.
- Manage event & exhibition logistics for sales participation.
- Track order confirmations, production handovers, and post-sales hand offs with operations/fulfillment.
- Maintain CRM accuracy (opportunities, contact info, activity notes, document attachments) and perform data hygiene.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs and tender submissions (document assembly, format, version control).
- Handle invoice follow-ups, PO checks and basic commercial admin to expedite closures.
- Support ad-hoc analysis: margin checks, pricing comparison, competitor intel, and ad-hoc sales requests.
- 2-5 years' experience in sales support / sales coordinator role, preferably in technical, industrial, or B2B equipment sectors.
- Comfortable with technical documentation (reading product specs, basic BOMs).
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience with CRM and MS PowerPoint.
- Bilingual Speaker (English/ Arabic).
- Highly organized, fast at multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator, able to liaise with engineers, procurement, and customers.
- Previous exposure to trade shows / exhibition coordination.
- Experience with quotation/configurator systems (CPQ) or ERP (SAP, Oracle).
- Basic understanding of technical sales processes or engineering background.
