Company: CAD Gulf LLC - a leading IT services and solutions provider with over 35 years of industry expertise and a certified Autodesk Gold Partner - is expanding its technical team. We are seeking a skilled Autodesk Construction Cloud Technical Support Specialist to join our growing organization in Dubai, UAE.
About the Role: You will help our clients in the AEC industry by giving expert support and guidance on Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
What We're Looking For- 3-4 years of proven experience in an Autodesk partner environment, supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud tools (BIM Collaborate Pro, Docs, Takeoff, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Help drive product sales by sharing technical knowledge during business development.
- Work on well qualified customer opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate product value to prospects and customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
