Responsibilities Product Specialist:

• Greet customers as they arrive and identify the reason for their visit
• Set appointments and communicate with customers via MYKARMA
• Educate customers on their vehicle and its maintenance schedule
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to ensure seamless service
• Learn vehicle functions and features to better assist customers
• Educate customers on manufacturer surveys and how to complete them
• Deliver professional, friendly service with every interaction

Qualifications/Requirements Product Specialist:

• Great with people and committed to excellent service
• Quick learner who can retain and apply new information
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator
• Team player who takes direction well
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior dealership experience is a plusbut not required!
