It is regulated as an audit firm by the Dubai Financial Services Authority since early 2007. The firm has built a reputation for delivering high standards of service to a diverse client portfolio, including both regulated and non-regulated entities within the Dubai International Financial Centre. It boasts a team of cross-disciplinary professionals who assist clients with business start-up, operations, transactions, licensing, and regulatory matters.
Manager - External & Internal Audit (Financial Services)As Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting senior colleagues, organizing and reviewing work, overseeing and providing training/guidance to a team of Senior Associates & Associates, and being a key client contact.
Key Responsibilities:- Work strategically with the leadership team
- Manage staff planning, review work, and oversee the team
- Lead on large, technically complex client engagements
- Support the Audit Partner in team management
- Negotiate client fees per engagement as appropriate
- Participate in the interview process for new hires
- 2+ years of Audit Manager experience in a top international firm in the UAE
- 6+ years of Audit experience in a top international firm (preferably in the UAE)
- Professional qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA)
- Strong experience auditing Financial Services institutions, especially Asset Managers and Brokerage Firms
- Proficiency in IFRS, internal controls, and financial statement consolidation
- Experience managing complex audits and delegating workloads
- Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Leadership and analytical skills
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed
The ideal candidate must already be based in the UAE and currently hold a Manager position in an auditing firm.
