As a Mid-level Audit & Assurance Assistant Manager, you will engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, applying advanced audit techniques and driving impact across the enterprise.

• Understand key statistics and industry matters about an entity before engagement begins, including reviewing prior year financial statements.
• Allocate responsibilities between the engagement team, experts, and specialists, ensuring clear timescales and objectives.
• Coordinate with management and experts for key engagement deliverables and due dates, tracking findings and following up on work performed.
• Apply guidance material, practice aids, and tools to reflect appropriate professional skepticism in procedures, evidence, and conclusions.
• Sign off on work performed and reviewed, completing checklists, procedures, and tailoring questions prior to signing off.
• Contribute to comprehensive project planning, identifying audit priorities early in the audit cycle.
• Prepare and review documentation, anticipating reviewers' questions and providing relevant facts, analysis, and judgments.
• Encourage the team to adopt a professional skepticism mindset, identifying key questions to answer.
• Document objectivity, independence, and continuity decisions, ensuring sufficient enquiries and information capture.
• Verify staff on the engagement have adequate technical and industry knowledge, providing briefings as required.

• 6+ years of audit experience, preferably at leading professional services firms or large multinational organizations.
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Successful record of engagement management.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing); Arabic is a plus.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent.
