David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Audio-Visual / Broadcast Manager for their offices in Ras Al Khaimah.

Broadcast from a state-of-the-art, newly constructed studio equipped with full SDI HD audio-visual feeds for live streaming, the live casino portfolio showcases a diverse range of games, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and various Game Show titles.

You will be managing an expert AV team which provides around-the-clock maintenance, operating on a 24 / 7 shift basis, and is responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of new studios-utilising both real décor and chroma key setups. To date, more than one hundred studios have been successfully launched worldwide.

• Install and test facilities and equipment for video production and broadcast
• Set up and monitor audio-visual links and transmission during broadcasts
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AV and broadcast systems
• Design and install custom AV circuits and hardware
• Follow safety standards and implement requests from stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with team members and stay current with tech trends.

• Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Strong People Management (Teams of 10 / 20 FTE)
• Experience / Proven in setting up large Studios from scratch / Large Server rooms
• Advanced knowledge of photography & video cameras, production switchers, and chroma keying
• Experience with electronic engineering and AV communication systems
• Strong understanding of SDI infrastructure
• Excellent IT and project management skills
• Creative problem solving and fault finding abilities
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team
