Due to an internal move, we are now seeking the services of an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
This role will see you sourcing the best talent in the property industry for our existing clients.
Your key duties will include:- Proactive Sourcing of New Candidates
- Interviewing & Reference Checking Candidates
- Writing Job Ads
- Assisting Consultants in Taking Job Briefs
- Updating our CRM
- Meeting clients and candidates
- Complete our 3-month training program
- Previous Experience in Real Estate or a Customer Service Related Field
