Associate Interior Designer

The Role We're looking for an experienced and talented Associate Interior Designer to join our international architectural practice in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key leadership role, working on high-profile hospitality projects from concept to completion. You will report directly to the leadership team and have a clear path for growth into a Senior Associate / Director-level position shortly.

• Leading and managing the full design process for hospitality projects, from initial concept development through to on-site delivery.
• Working closely with clients to understand their vision, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional design presentations that win new business.
• Mentoring, developing, and inspiring a team of talented designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• A minimum of 15 years of total experience in interior design.
• At least 7 years of experience in a senior or lead design role, with a proven track record of managing projects from A-Z.
• Significant hospitality interior design experience, backed by a beautiful and compelling portfolio of completed projects.
• Solid experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.
• Middle East experience is essential. You must be familiar with the regional market, client expectations, and project dynamics.
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills. You should be confident in your ability to build trust and present design concepts with impact.
• A strong history of working for reputable international architectural or interior design practices.
• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated interior designer with:
