We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Infrastructure to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee our organization's infrastructure strategy, design, and implementation.

• Plan work assignments, provide technical reviews, and manage project quality and daily oversight.
• Supervise groups of engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with project plans and budgets.
• Develop study and design procedures, assist with engineering budgeting, and participate in recruitment and performance reviews.
• Solve complex wet utilities design problems (water, sewage, stormwater, district cooling, etc.).
• Prepare technical specifications, feasibility studies, and quality control reviews of design calculations.
• Co ordinate with authorities for permits and approvals.
• Act as project manager on mid to large size discipline specific projects.
• Support business development, client relationship management, and bid preparation.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the utility industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in utility infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of smart grid technologies and their application in utility systems.
• Excellent project management skills and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally as required.
