Our client, an investor relations and principal investment firm with headquarters in the UAE, is seeking high calibre talent to join its dynamic team. This individual will work closely with the team to support capital raising from institutional investors across the GCC region and identify new, global principal investment opportunities.

The role requires a basic understanding of alternative investment products, especially private equity, private credit and real estate, coupled with the ability to successfully perform all activities required to support the capital raising effort across a wide swathe of sophisticated regional investors including SWFs, financial institutions, investment firms and family offices.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the entire sales process by providing CRM support.
  • Assist and maintain our CRM to store client data, track client and MPW activity, prioritize the pipeline, probability and time horizon of expected ticket sizes.
  • Input and maintain investor data and activity in the CRM.
  • Create and run reports and analytics through the CRM, working with large data sets to ensure all reports to colleagues and investors are accurate and sent in a timely manner.
  • Interface with senior management in the coordination, briefing and follow up of internal and external prospect meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of standard marketing materials and presentations.
Requirements
  • 2 5 years' experience in the alternative investments space (private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds).
  • High level of organizational skills, running multiple projects concurrently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial, team first environment while maintaining focus on fiduciary responsibilities to clients.
  • Must be willing to work flexible work hours to communicate with global offices, partners and colleagues constantly in motion.
  • Experience in DealCloud or other CRM systems.
