More about you - Assistant Store Manager

Forming part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily business operations. You will bring your confidence, energy and passion for customer service thus influencing your team to achieve set store goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process, including store administration, training and coaching of new team members, effectively delegating and managing the team, and leadership and guidance to the team
  • Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front
  • Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
  • Energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset
  • Provide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner

The successful applicants will also have

  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A happy, friendly and energetic personality
  • A desire to deliver high quality customer service
  • A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
