Job Description - Assistant Principal - Gulargambone Central School
Gulargambone Central School is seeking an Assistant Principal to join their team. The school is located in Regional NSW and has a student population of 107 from Kindergarten to year 12.

Remuneration PackageThe total remuneration package is valued at $164,024.00, including a base salary of $144,717.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be an accessible leader who fosters successful partnerships with key stakeholders and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will have proven ability to initiate, implement and oversee whole school administration roles, including timetabling, daily organisation of staff cover, and development and implementation of rosters and schedules.

- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the complex educational and welfare needs of students from rural communities with low socioeconomic and high Aboriginal populations

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to inspire others and create an inclusive and supportive faculty
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. Applicants must include details of their WWCC clearance number as part of their application.
