Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing supports the development and execution of influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and strengthen the positioning of Rixos Hotels and the All Inclusive Collection. The role focuses on building strong relationships with content creators, managing influencer partnerships, and delivering impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing plans to support brand campaigns, launches, and key business periods.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with macro, micro, and niche influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, content creation, and campaign deliverables in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor and manage influencer activation calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and brand partners.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines and budgets with influencers and their representatives.
  • Support hosting influencer stays, experiences and activations at Rixos properties.
  • Ensure influencer content is brand appropriate, compliant with guidelines and optimized for target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing & PR teams to amplify influencer content across owned channels.
  • Support the creation of campaign reports with visuals and highlights for senior stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI and brand impact).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future influencer marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or PR (hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
