• Convert qualified inquiries into signed lease agreements, company formation and deposit collection.
• Manage client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Maintain CRM and provide accurate sales pipeline reporting.
• Liaise with the Engineering and Development teams to ensure client requirements are integrated in the design and execution stages.
• Work with legal, finance, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure full contractual and operational compliance.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Engage with relevant nodal agencies of the Government of India in India and the UAE.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence through collaboration with the Central BI Team.
• Provide management with periodic reports on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer behavior.
