The Company:
Our client is a world leading provider of legal and claims solutions to insurers, businesses, and other suppliers in the Insurance sector.
They are looking for someone to join the property risk & coverage area of the team, handling some of the largest property damage and insurance coverage claims in the UK.
What we are looking for within the role:
Previous experience in property, commercial or professional indemnity defendant insurance litigation.
Someone with legal qualifications such as a Solicitor/FILEX.
The ability to handle a caseload.
Knowledge of product liability related issues, breach of contract, negligence, property law, insurance coverage issue.
The Package:
33,000- 68,000
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break, with only 1 day in the office per week
35 hours per week
