We're looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our B2C Facilities Management division in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations for residential and commercial service clients.
- Manage both hard and soft services delivery with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with service teams, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support business growth and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2C / on-demand services industry.
- Proven background in managing home services and commercial offices.
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead small service teams.
