Assembler

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team in Baulkham Hills. This is a hands on role working with mechanical components and fabricated parts. If you enjoy practical, detail oriented work and take pride in producing high quality results, this position could be the perfect.

Location: Baulkham Hills

Pay Rate: $33.38 per hour

Shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Assemble fabricated parts at your workstation, following set build instructions
• Check, test, and fine tune components to meet product standards and tolerances
• Use hand tools and power tools to safely and accurately assemble units
• Identify and repair components that do not pass testing
• Work to established procedures and guidelines with support from your supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with company expectations

• High school certificate or equivalent (VET or trade-related training is an advantage)
• Previous experience in assembly, mechanical work, or similar hands on roles is highly regarded
• Comfortable following structured processes and maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Solid understanding of basic mechanical concepts and common tools used in assembly
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
