We are looking for a Draftsman responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on project requirements.
The role supports our Architect by preparing detailed CAD drawings, revising plans, and ensuring all designs comply with project standards and specifications.
Qualifications- Diploma or certification in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience preferably in villa fit out projects (luxury villa experience).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
